Easing Cramps with Solace Oil Blend

A few weeks ago I was struggling with a lot of cramping.  You know, the lovely, embarrassing kind that the bulk of the female population experiences at some point or another in their lives.  Having jumped on the essential oil bandwagon, I didn't want to take any meds.  I thought for sure I had an oil in my closet that would help, so I wouldn't have to take a Motrin.

Sure enough, I tried this one, and I contest that it worked!

(Solace, monthly blend for women)

Typically I expect that when I take a Motrin, it takes about 22 minutes to kick in.  Since this oil comes in a bottle with a "roller ball" (where the tip is like a lip gloss container), I rolled it directly where the cramping was.  Worked it in a little with my hand, and went on with my day, you know, considering...  About 22 minutes later, my cramps were gone!  No lie.  And I didn't have to take a Motrin at all that entire day, or the next several in fact.

Miraculous?  I don't know.  But I know I'll try this baby before a Motrin next time I need one for cramps!

{Here's the sales pitch: Solace contains Clary sage, Lavender, Bergamot, Roman Chamomile, Cedarwood, Ylang Ylang, Geranium, Fennel, Carrot Seed, Palmarosa and Vitex, and is a DoTERRA proprietary blend.  It can be purchased online here for $32.67 + tax, or from an independent product consultant, like me. ;)  If you like, you can also get a wholesale account and get it at cost ($24.50 + tax).}

Emotionally and spiritually, I love this blend.  It reminds me of spearmint tea, which has wonderful memories for me.  Amazing how a smell can bring back a memory for people.  Sometimes these memories can be painful, but often they are beautiful.  This one reminds me of summer, love, swimming and warm weather.  I love it.

Hope you give it a try!
